Our telephones are answered from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
After that time and on holidays and weekends, calls are answered by our answering
service. In an emergency, the answering service will always know where to locate
the provider on-call for our group. We now have same day and next day appointments.
If you would like to request a specific physician, you may have to wait longer
for an appointment, as schedules may vary.
We encourage you to call with questions you may have concerning your health care
problems. Our clinical staff is trained to answer most questions. If your call
requires speaking with a provider, please leave a message and the provider will
return your call at the earliest opportunity.
Requests for medication or medication refills should be phoned directly to our
office during telephone hours. Please do not request medication refills after
telephone hours or on weekends as your records are not available to the provider
